If you are reaching out on behalf of a child, adult, or senior who may benefit from Brighten A Heart™ comfort items, we welcome you to contact us.

If the individual is connected with a hospital, hospice program, Child Life or social work team, event organizer, or another organization involved in coordinating their support, you are welcome to share Brighten A Heart’s contact information with them and invite them to contact us directly. This allows us to coordinate appropriately, understand any applicable guidelines, and determine what support may be suitable.

Brighten A Heart takes patient privacy very seriously. Please do not send medical records, diagnosis documentation, or other private medical information. Brighten A Heart does not request or require this information in order to consider a request for comfort items.

Requests are considered individually based on available resources, program scope, facility guidelines, and our ability to coordinate appropriate delivery. Submission of a request does not guarantee assistance or a specific delivery date.
